Twist in the Tropper Case.

The Tress family, issued an injunction to Kol Yaakov barring them from selling or transfer title of it until the Beis Din makes a ruling. It seems that that Rebetzen Tress, Wife of the Late Rabbi Tress .The actual founder (though Tropper claims to be) and original Rosh Yeshiva of Kol Yaakov, is sick and tired of the way it is being run and wants to take the reigns.
