This is not true, Tropper is still the owner of HORIZONS BAIS ACHIEZER INC. EIN (EIN=13-4077539) which is the organization behind EJF and Kol Yaakov

He still write checks and runs the organization (together with David Jacob).

Check their income tax and see how much money they transferred to other organizations
